Tony F. Soltani, the Founder of the Munilaw Group, has over 21 years of trial and courtroom experience.
Prior to obtaining his J.D. from FranklinPierceLawCenter in 1991, Mr. Soltani was a police officer and police prosecutor. Since earning his law degree, Mr. Soltani has served 4 terms as a New HampshireState representative. As a State representative, Mr. Soltani was an active member of the Judiciary Committee, serving two years as the Committee’s Vice Chair. Mr. Soltani has also served as an adjunct faculty member at FranklinPierceCollege, where he has taught courses on law and government.
As a volunteer, Mr. Soltani has served as a delegate to the 1996 Republican Convention and was formerly chair of the Lawyer in Every School Committee, was a member of the Law Relating Education Advisory Board, the New Hampshire Bar Fee Dispute Committee, and the Merrimack County Juvenile Diversion Board.
Attorney Soltani concentrates his practice on the areas of civil litigation and municipal law. The focus of his civil practice is matters involving health law and medical malpractice. He has particular interest in diseases of the urinary and digestive tracts including the prostate, bladder, colon, and the intestinal tract. Attorney Soltani has extensive familiarity with the appropriate standards of treatment for these organs.

STEVEN BOOTH
Attorney Steven O. Booth was admitted to the practice of law in New Hampshire in 1995. He had previously been admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1994. He is also admitted to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal in Richmond, VA and the Bankruptcy Court in New Hampshire.
Mr. Booth is currently a professor and Department Chair with Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, New Hampshire. He teaches courses related to business law and negotiations. He has also taught law related courses in the paralegal program and business related courses as an adjunct for FranklinPierceCollege.
Mr. Booth has a Juris Doctor degree from OhioNorthernUniversity and holds an undergraduate degree from FranklinPierceCollege.

JASON B. DENNIS
Jason B. Dennis is a 2008 graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana. He has recently been admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Dennis, will be sitting for the New Hampshire Bar Examination in Februaruy.
While in law school Mr. Dennis was an officer for Phi Delta Phi, the oldest legal organization in continuous existence in the United States. He also participated in Moot Court and was a member of the law school’s trial team. In the summer after his first year, Mr. Dennis participated in the Barcelona Institute on International and Comparative Law in Barcelona, Spain. Additionally, Mr. Dennis studied comparative constitutional law and comparative criminal law in Lund, Sweden.
Mr. Dennis’s professional and practice area interests include litigation, domestic relations law, insurance law, and criminal defense.
Prior to entering law school, Mr. Dennis graduated cum laude, with honors from RoanokeCollege in Salem, Virginia. Mr. Dennis earned a B.S. in Psychology. Focusing his academic interest on social psychology, he presented an honors paper entitled: The Combined Effect of Different Leadership Approaches & Mediation on the Negotiation of Intergroup Conflict. Additionally Mr. Dennis was awarded with the Psi Chi Achievement Award, the highest senior psychology student honor.
Mr. Dennis was also on the Honor’s Association Executive Council and served as President of the Roanoke College Chapter of Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honor society.Mr. Dennis also found the time to write for the school newspaper, serve as a Student Government representative, serve as a Big Brothers, Big Sisters mentor, and serve as both a founding member and as the Vice President of a fraternal organization on his campus.
In his free time Mr. Dennis enjoys reading, writing, rock climbing, cooking, and traveling.

DIANE CHISHOLM
Diane Chisholm is the paralegal, secretary and office manager at the Munilaw Group.
Ms. Chisholm earned her Bachelors of Science degree in English from PlymouthStateUniversity. Thereafter she graduated from FranklinPierceCollege, earning a Paralegal Studies Certificate.
Prior to joining the Munilaw Group in June of 1998, Ms. Chisholm completed an internship with McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton as a paralegal intern. As a paralegal intern, she managed case files for breast implants. In addition Ms. Chisholm, has completed an internship at the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence.
