Meet the Founder

Tony F. Soltani, the Founder of the Munilaw Group, has over 21 years of trial and courtroom experience.

Prior to obtaining his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1991, Mr. Soltani was a police officer and police prosecutor. Since earning his law degree, Mr. Soltani has served 4 terms as a New Hampshire State representative. As a State representative, Mr. Soltani was an active member of the Judiciary Committee, serving two years as the Committee’s Vice Chair. Mr. Soltani has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Franklin Pierce College, where he has taught courses on law and government.

As a volunteer, Mr. Soltani has served as a delegate to several Republican Convention and was formerly chair of the Lawyer in Every School Committee, was a member of the Law Relating Education Advisory Board, the New Hampshire Bar Fee Dispute Committee, and the Merrimack County Juvenile Diversion Board.

Tony Soltani concentrates his practice in all aspects of municipal law.
